We deliver in 2/4 working days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, on working days excluding holidays.

The couriers used do not make preventive phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times.

SHIPPING METHODS
Customers are advised that there may be delays in shipping during promotions and sales. ravageofficial.com cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of ravageofficial.com. In the event that the customer provides us with his incorrect shipping address and the courier does not give us the possibility to change it because the shipping label has already been created, the customer will have to pay for a new shipment plus the associated storage services ( if present). If the customer is not present during the default phases carried out by the courier and / or continues not to respond to the notices left by the courier and / or ravageofficial.com , the package will be placed in storage by the courier partner and a cost will therefore be applied additional for the service. This price will be charged to the customer (we will not know the price until it is communicated to us by the courier partner), who will then have to pay it directly to the driver upon delivery (in the event that the goods are accepted by the customer and then delivered) otherwise it will be deducted during the refund (in the event that the goods are refused and therefore not delivered). Finally, if the customer refuses delivery, we will carry out a new return shipment which will always be at his expense so that we can return the goods to the warehouse. The cost of the new shipment will be 10 €.
