Returns and Refunds
For any reason, the customer can return the items purchased on ravageofficial.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
ravageofficial.com does not offer the exchange service, it is only possible to return the items and place a new order online.

The return request must be made by e-mail and must contain:
- First name
- Last name
- Email
- Order number
- The product to return
- Reason (not mandatory)
If the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return authorization e-mail with the instructions to follow.
If the request is rejected, the customer is not entitled to return the goods.
Goods returned without authorization will not be considered.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, including all labels, tags, belts, packaging, certificates of authenticity and complimentary merchandise received through the promotion (if any).
Returns damaged, stained, washed or altered are not accepted, goods must only be tested and not used outdoors.
All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.
We do not accept returns of items with transport damage, personalized items, sealed items unsuitable for hygienic or sanitary reasons opened after delivery, items purchased outside visionofsuper.com
To remain adequately protected in transit, it is mandatory for items to be shipped in their original packaging, it is also recommended that a second protective box/wrapping be used outside of the original one to ensure greater protection in transit.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected.
If the goods have defects attributable to ravageofficial.com, the refund is total.
If the goods have defects attributable to the customer, the refund is calculated on the basis of the problems caused to the goods.
The shipping costs for goods that do not comply with the requests are charged to the customer.
If the product complies with the requests, the customer receives a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised the right of withdrawal, with credit on the payment method used.
ravageofficial.com reserves the right to withhold the refund amount until receipt of the products subject to the right of withdrawal.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the bank.
